SOS 301/ 401 pulse group / EFT pulse check kit is used to divide voltage and attenuate high voltage signal, so that the signal waveform can be attenuated to the acceptable detection range of oscilloscope. They are mainly used in the field of industrial electromagnetic compatibility and immunity test, to check the pulse group generator and other test system itself, to ensure that the generator output waveform is correct. To ensure good performance and test accuracy. SOS 301/ 401 includes a 50 ohm terminal load and a 1k ohm terminal load.
