Impulse current generators are mainly used for the surge impact test of arrester resistors, varistors, SPD, TVS and other surge protection devices. It is mainly used to assess the ability of the non-linear resistance piece to withstand long-term inrush current under overvoltage conditions. Intelligent test equipment specially designed for 8/20 inrush current test with maximum peak value of 20KA.
